When it comes to outdoor dining you don’t necessarily have to think about a picnic. You could have a table and some chairs, not to mention that you could even think about decorations, such as a vase with some summer flowers.

To add life to the entire setting you should go for runners in vibrant colors. Instead of a runner placed lengthwise, you could have three runners laid across. You could make these three runners of the same fabric. You could cut up one runner and then stitch the sides.
Driveway
If you have a driveway that you don’t use, you could turn it into a stylish patio that offers the perfect setting for outdoor dinners. It is a really good idea to have stone pavers instead of concrete, lined with grass. This way you will be able to feel nature closer to yourself.
Enclosure
When thinking about patios of this kind, you may be looking for some intimacy. This is why it is a good idea to have a custom made gate that separates this area from the rest of the garden. If you have neighbors on this side, you could make sure that they aren’t watching you while you are eating.
Curtained alcove
It is quite simple to add an alcove to your dining area. A really good idea is to place a wall grid behind the table. You could use the grids to place on them some candles that would shed some light on your dinner. Candles offer a romantic vibe to the entire setting.
Cocktail area
If you want to have a special area, you could mark it by placing an all-weather rug. This will become a separate space for the guests to gather before you serve the dinner.
