The first one is just an accident waiting to happen, at least in my house. And the desk? Please, I would never get ANY work done. The toilet one is clever, but my young sons would be afraid to flush the toilet me thinks! However they are all very cool to look at.

Most of these can't actually house fish, least of all goldfish. Except for number 5, maybe 8 (if there was a filter in there somewhere), and 13, the rest would be full of dead fish in no time. 13 is the only one you could keep goldfish in. 3 and 12 might be okay with little fish like white clouds, if you put a filter in. 9 might be okay so long as you had some serious air stones happening, cos there isn't much surface area up there. All in all, massively high maintenance tanks. They are pretty, so you could set them up without fish, just with a few low maintenance plants, and they would be quite nice.

#10--"the fish also get to indulge in aesthetic eye candy."
Because I'm sure fish have such a huge interest in art. :P
Really that one's a pretty terrible idea...gravel and other substrates aren't just there for the look, its there to help breed necessary bacteria for the fish, waste deposits, and for some fish, burrowing.

And #6--wtf. Just wtf. Giving a fish a plant to LOOK at doesn't magically enable it to breathe.

Some of the others are really cool and interesting in design, though.

These are pretty, but most of them are inadequate for keeping a healthy, living creature. Most of them show no sign of adequate filtration, and many confine the fish without sufficient space. I would hate to have most of these in my house, knowing the fish were not being looked after properly.

Most awesome, thanks! The sink is the coolest, imo, but least practical for the fish. If hot water is running, it could heat up the fish too much through the glass.
