I think you have to be very careful how you apply a “theme” to your interior decor. If you house happens to have thick stone walls and real Italianate features then go for it! If your house is modern with PVC windows then trying to add a Tuscan theme will just make it look cheap and phoney. You can of course take inspiration from the use of earth tones etc but just be careful it stays in keeping with the architecture of your home.

Wow! Really inspiring design solutions. I love the staircase that lifts up to reveal a hidden room. It’s actually quite a space saving feature as our hallway takes up valuable space that could be incorporated into the living room. I assume it would be very expensive though?!

I’m sorry but I think that the Sosia Sofa looks a little bit like a dog bed – and that colour is awful! I like the Desile chair though and bamboo is very sustainable which is always a bonus.

Wow! Some great floors. I love the Lightfader but when I click on the link to their site I can’t find it listed anywhehere – which is a shame! Also think the Floris wood flooring and the jigsaw designs are really innovative.
