Creating a harmonious and well coordinated look for any room requires more than just the bare minimums and you can use accent furniture such as hutches, sideboards, credenza and corner cabinets; even other items like a bar and bar stools to furnish rooms effectively.

A Hutch: Basically a Hutch is a wooden cabinet, which may have several sections and shelves, some with glass frontages and perhaps some drawers as well.

A hutch is a popular choice for displaying mementos, family photos or heirlooms, trophies, and even crystal and china. You can even use a hutch for your hi-fi system, and to store items like CDs and DVDs. Here the hutch can efficiently do the job of an entertainment center.

This is a really different looking coffee table that is comprised to two parts, one fashioned from rattan which is the core piece and then there is a solid wood piece with metal legs shaped to fit around it.

Again it is the simple and elegant lines of this solid wood and steel creation that we liked. And this one here is not avant garde as some other designer creations can seem, this is the sort of elegant little table that can comfortably fit into a number of different contemporary settings.

After all beds without springs, with just a flat, hard, horizontal surface that supports the mattress directly is something that many of us are simply not used to.

The modern day platform bed is actually something that has evolved from the loft bed, which was constructed high in order to offer more space below.
